Blackeye Trail #243 provides accesses to the Vinegar Hill Scenic Area, where no motorized vehicles are allowed. Some wildlife seen along this trail have been Rocky Mountain elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, black bear, coyote, cougar, bobcat, raccoon, porcupine, and a variety of rodents, squirrels, and birds. This trail is 2.4 miles long, and is to be considered a more difficult trail. Hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking are allowed on the trail, but ATV usage is prohibited.
