Agate Reservoir County Park features of the Rogue River Basin Project are located about 10 miles northeast of Medford, Oregon. Agate Dam is a zoned earth fill structure on Dry Creek. The reservoir covers 216 surface acres.

Fish species include Largemouth bass, Black Crappie, Brown Bullhead, Bluegill, Yellow Perch, and Rainbow trout.
