| Facilities: Dayton State Park provides picnicking, camping and group use facilities, as well as restrooms.Camping The park is open year-round with 10 campsites. Camping is first-come, first served and there is usually a campsite available. Campsite is limited to 34 feet total length.Group Use The group use pavilion has a cold-water sink, electricity, tables and a large BBQ. It is available to rent by the day from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. for weddings, reunions, birthdays, kid's parties or just for fun. Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted for Dayton State Park. Best Time To Visit: Dayton State Park is open year round with summer temperatures ranging from 80-100 degrees Fahrenheit with lows around 40-50 degrees. Fees: A fee is charged for group use. Accessibility: Unknown Rules: Pets are welcome, please keep them on a leash in populated areas and please clean up after them. Collection of firewood within the park is not allowed. It is available from the host.
