Hiking and horses are permitted on Trail Canyon Trail, but use of bicycles and motorized vehicles is prohibited. No campfires - stoves only. Stay on designated trails; do not cut switchbacks. Pets must be leashed at all times. Leave No Trace. Directions: To reach Trail Canyon Trail from Las Vegas, take Hwy 95 northwest for approximately 12 miles to Hwy 157. Travel 2.1 miles west of the Kyle Guard and Information Station on Hwy 157. When the highway curves left, keep going straight onto Echo Road. After traveling about 0.35 mile, turn right at the fork, remaining on Echo Road. Continue a short distance further until it makes a right U-turn, becoming Crestview Drive. The trailhead and parking area are located in the left side of the curve. |
