Snowshoe Springs Campground is situated in an open forest along side of the West Fork Carson River. The campground provides 13 individual campsites. Wildlife in the area includes deer, black bears, and various birds. There is no firewood available in the area; campers are advised to bring their own. Snowshoe Springs Campground has a campground host.

Directions: To reach Snowshoe Springs Campground from Carson City, take Hwy 395 south for 15 miles to Hwy 88. Take Hwy 88 approximately 15 miles to the Snowshoe Springs Campground entrance in Woodfords Canyon on the south side of the highway.
