There is a nearby trail that leads to Noble Lake and the Pacific Crest National Trail. There is no firewood available in this area; campers are advised to bring their own. Directions: To reach Silver Creek Campground from Cedar City, follow Hwy 395 south for 15 miles to Hwy 88. Take Hwy 88 south for 4 miles to Woodfords, California . At Woodfords, turn left at the junction of Highways 4/89. Travel approximately 5 miles south into the small town of Markleeville . Continue through Markleeville for approximately 3 miles to the Highway 89/Monitor Pass turnoff. Continue straight ahead on Hwy 4 uphill for 6 miles to the Silver Creek Campground entrance.
