Wright's Cabin is a campground located in the Black Range Mountains, approximately 40 miles east of Silver City and 17 miles west of Kingston. It is situated in a beautiful area of mixed conifer with a thick forest floor. Wright's Cabin is a great place to explore a dense, dark forest without having to wander too far into the woods. The campground also offers Adirondack style shelters, rock fire rings, and eight individual camping sites tents.

Facilities: Fire rings are provided. Other facilities can be found in the Mimbres Valley, approximately 20 miles west of the campground along NM Highway 152.

Fees: There is no fee for camping at this campground.

Rules: A variety of rules apply when camping in a National Forest. Please contact the local Forest Ranger for more specific information.

Directions: Wright's Cabin is located along NM Highway 152 approximately 40 miles east of Silver City, and 17 miles west of Kingston. It is located on north side of highway, and is easily identified by posted signs.
