Upper Electrical Loop Campground, located inside of the Bluewater Lake State Park, has 7 individual campsites with full hook-ups for RVs. Bluewater Lake is situated on the north flank of the Zuni Mountains in the Las Tusas Basin. The 1,200 acre reservoir is located at 7,400 ft in a valley carved in shale and limestone.

Summer temperatures range from lows around 52 to highs around 86. Winter temps range from lows of 16 to highs around 48.
