he Quail Run Campground is located within the Elephant Butte State Park. Created by a dam constructed in 1916 across the Rio Grande, it is 40 miles long with more than 200 miles of shoreline.
This campground offers 2 individual camping sites with full hook-ups for RV's, plus a number of unlimited camping sites for tents.
A wide variety of water sports are available at the lake, with fishing being one of the most popular.
