Iron Creek Campground

Iron Creek Campground is in the middle of a recreational corridor spanning from the Mimbres Valley to Hillsboro, along NM Highway 152. The campground is a popular destination due to its high altitude and beautiful surroundings. The area is dense with mixed conifer and a few aspen trees. There is also a small creek running through the campground that attracts wildlife of all description. The area is easily accessed by most vehicles, during most weather conditions.
This campground, surrounded by dense mixed conifer, provides 15 individual camping sites for tents.

Facilities: Restrooms, picnic tables, fire rings, and grills are provided. Drinking water is not provided at Iron Creek Campground.

Lordsburg Travel north on NM-90 to Silver City. Iron Creek Campground is located east of Silver City off of State 152, approximately ten miles.
Truth or Consequences travel west on NM-152, Iron Creek Campground is 10 miles east of Silver City.
