The Cleveland Roller Mill

The Cleveland Roller Mill was the last flourmill to be built in New Mexico, the last to stop running and the only roller mill in New Mexico with its original milling works. This hardworking mill ground out 50 barrels of wheat flour a day, almost every day from 1901 to 1947. The mill was converted into a museum with exhibits on Mora County history and culture.
