Pocatello Chamber of Commerce
Mountain and street bikers can ride on several well marked city and campus bike lanes, especially Bannock Highway on the west side. The Greenway is open to bikers with a courtesy eye out for runners and walkers. Hiking is enjoyed on the same challenging trails with the added benefit of being able to get further up the mountains. Pocatello also offers groomed ski trails, both downhill and cross country along with snowshoeing are both in town and the surrounding mountains. Miles of both snowmobile and ATV trails are available. Pocatello offers something for everything from arts and entertainment to visiting the great outdoors. The city is on the edge of the Caribou National Forest.
