Caribou-Targhee National Forest - Fishing In National Forests
The Caribou-Targhee National Forest is made up of two separate forests. Together these forests occupy over 3 million acres and stretches across southeastern Idaho, from the Montana, Utah, and Wyoming borders. Popular activities here include camping, hiking, wildlife viewing, horse and mountain biking riding, hunting, fishing, and bird watching. There are also vast opportunities for winter and water related recreation.

Cave Falls - Rivers & Streams
The southwestern corner of Yellowstone can only be accessed through Idaho, via Ashton. The scenic, 18 mile drive through fields and meadows leads to Cave Falls one the Fall River, and a campground is just downstream. Trailheads for non-motorized access are located here. There are not facilities provided.

Clyde Keefer Memorial Park - Lakes & Reservoirs
The park is great place to plan a family picnic, take the kids to the playground, catch a fish or just nap on the grass under a tree. Keefer Park is great for family outings or family reunions.

Henrys Lake State Park - Fishing In State Parks
This park is located a short distance form Yellowstone National Park. It is surrounded by mountains and the Targhee National Forest. The park provides handicap access, as well as basic campgrounds.

Idaho Fish and Game - Fish & Game
The Idaho Fish and Game provides all the information needed to hunt and fish in the state of Idaho.

Island Park Reservoir - Lakes & Reservoirs
this reservoir is in a forested area and contains rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, coho salmon, yellow perch, and bluegill.
