Deadwood Campground lies among ponderosa pines along the Deadwood River. Visitors can fish in the river for trout or watch for wild animals that include black bears, coyotes, mountain lions, mule deer, osprey, and bald eagles. Six sites are available.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted at Deadwood Campground.

Best Time To Visit: Deadwood Campground is open May through September.

Accessibility: This campground is not handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach Deadwood Campground from Boise, travel northeast on State Highway 21 to Lowman. Then go west on the Banks-Lowman Road for 4 miles to reach the campground.
