Yankee Fork State Park is located in central Idaho. The Land of the Yankee Fork Historic Area provides visitors with a chance to experience Idaho's frontier mining history. Managed jointly by the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation, the US Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management, the site combines history with many recreational opportunities.

Directions: To reach Yankee Fork State Park from downtown Challis start out going north on 9th Street toward Main Avenue 0.1 miles. Turn right onto Main Avenue for 0.3 miles. Turn right onto US-93 for 10.5 miles. Turn left onto Lime Creek Road. End at Challis.
