Warm Springs Trail passes through a narrow valley paralleling Warm Springs Creek and Deadman Creek. Steep sections of the trail offer views of the Sawtooth Mountains. This trail is 13 miles long and starts at an elevation of 4800 feet and rises 2120 feet to the elevation of 6920.

Facilities: Bull Trout Lake Campground and Warm Springs campground are located near Warm Springs Trail.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted for Warm Springs Trail.

Best Time To Visit: Warm Springs Trail is open June through October.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: Unknown

Rules: What has been brought in must be brought out. Never leave fires unattended and extinguish all smoking materials properly.

Directions: To reach Warm Springs Trail access 1 from Boise, travel northeast on State Highway 21 to Lowman. In Lowman, on State Highway 21, go northeast for about 19 miles to a trail sign at milepost 91. Turn left at the trail sign and go about one mile to Warm Springs Guard Station. Turn right at the trail sign. The signed trail begins at the northeast edge of the landing field near a registration box and stock-loading ramp. The road leading to the Guard Station and landing field is open only to non-motorized traffic from December 51 to April 15.

To reach Warm Springs Trail access 2 from Boise, travel northeast on State Highway 21 to Lowman. In Lowman, on State Highway 21, go northeast on State Highway 21 about 34 miles to the intersection of Forest Road 520 (Bull Trout Lake Road). Go southeast on Forest Road 520 about a 1.5 miles. A registration box and the signed trailhead are on the west side of Forest Road 520 about a quarter mile north of the campground.
