Turn left onto ID-162. Follow it for 15.2 miles. Turn left onto Main Street and follow it for 0.1 miles. Turn right onto US-12. Continue to follow US-12 for 7.5 miles. Turn right onto ID-13. Follow it for 0.2 miles. Turn left onto ID-13 BL. Follow it for 0.1 miles. End at Kooskia, ID US. From Kooskia, take Highway 12 to Lochsa/Selway confluence. Go southeast on primary Forest Route 233.
