Summit Lake Campground is located in a pine and fir forest on the shores of Summit Lake. There are trout fishing opportunities on Both Summit and Warm Lakes. There are numerous trails in the area and local wildlife includes deer, elk, bears, raptors, and waterfowl.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted for Summit Lake Campground.

Best Time To Visit: Summit Lake Campground is open June through October.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This campground is not handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach Summit Lake Campground from Yellow Pine, travel south on Forest Road 413 to Forest Highway 22, then take Forest Highway 22 to the campground.
