Race Creek Campground is located among the cedar and fir trees on Selway River. Fishing is available on the river. Visitors can expect cool morning and hot afternoons in the summertime. Supplies are available 10 miles out of the campground in Lowell. This campground is the home to a lot of wildlife. Visitors might see deer, elk, bears and moose in the area. Bald Eagles can be seen in the fall. Hunting is allowed when in season. This campground tends to be popular on the weekends in the summertime. There is a trailhead located near the campground. The maximum spur is 20 feet long. There are 3 single sites available at the campground.
