Pettit Campground is situated in a pine forest in a high desert. There is a stream where visitors often fish for Trout. Deer and elk reside in this area. Horse, hiking, and mountain trails can be found nearby. There are 7 sites. The area is not accessible to RV's.

Best Time To Visit: Pettit Campground is open June- September.

Rules: There is a 14 day maximum stay.

Directions: To reach Pettit Campground from Twin Falls start out going west on Addison Avenue. Toward Blue Lakes Boulevard for 0.1 miles. Turn left onto US-93 for 1.0 miles. Turn left onto Kimberly Road East. Continue to follow US-30 for 4.8 miles. Turn right to stay on US-30 for 3.7 miles. Turn right onto North 4th Street for 0.2 miles. Turn left onto Overland Avenue West for 0.1 miles. From Hansen go south on Forest Route 515 for 25.5 miles to Pettit Campground.
