Mill Flat Campground is situated in a pine and fir forest. There is no nearby fishing available and no drinking water on site. Campers can gather supplies and firewood locally. The campground is busy most weekends. Deer and elk reside in the area as well. There are also a variety of trails accessible. There are a total of 6 sites with a maximum spur length of 50 feet.
