Lower O'Brien Campground is located among the lodgepole pine trees on the Salmon River. Fishing is available, and this campground is the home to a lot of wildlife. Visitors might see deer, elk, and coyotes in the area.

Located near the campground is Warm Springs Creek Trail that leads to Garland Lakes. There are 10 single sites available at the campground.
