Johnson Bar Campground is located cedar and fir treeson the Selway River. Fishing, fly fishing and paddle boating are available on the river. Supplies are available outside of the campground 10 miles away in Lowell. Hunting is allowed when in season. There is a lot of wildlife in the area. Visitors might see deer, elk, moose, and bears in the area. In the fall visitors can see Bald Eagles. The camp tends to be very popular on holidays. The maximum spur is 20 feet long. There are 8 singles sites and 1 group site available.
