Hayfork Group Campground is situated among fir and subalpine fir with an under-story. Hayfork Creek and Mores Creek are near the campground and some wildlife that inhabit the area include deer, elk, and bears. It is strongly advised to bring bug repellent as mosquitoes are present all summer.
