Farragut State Park is situated at the foot of the Coeur d'Alene Mountains in the Bitterroot Range. This four-season state park awaits visitors with mountains, forests, wildlife, and the clear waters of the largest lake in Idaho, Pend Oreille. Lake Pend Oreille, with its 1,150-foot depths, is spectacular, offering trophy fishing, sailing, swimming and wide-open water-skiing.

Facilities: Farragut State Park provides showers, restrooms, group shelters, and campgrounds.

Reservations: Farragut State Park accepts, but does not require, reservations up to 11 months in advance.

Best Time To Visit: Check out is at 1:00pm.

Fees: A campground fee is required for visitors who will be camping over night.

Accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is available.

Rules: Farragut State Park limits a camper's stay to 15 days in a 30 day period.

Directions: To reach Farragut State Park from Coeur D'Alene, start out going west on Garder Avenue toward 4th Street for 0.4 miles. Turn right onto Northwest Boulevard for 0.5 miles. Take the US-95 ramp toward Plummer for 0.1 miles. Turn right onto US-95 for 0.2 miles. Turn left onto Lincoln Way. Continue to follow US-95 N. for 19.1 miles. Turn right onto ID-54 east. Pass through 1 roundabout for 4.3 miles. Turn right for 0.2 miles. Turn right onto east Ranger Road.
