Condie Reservoir has been managed for trophy large mouth bass since 1990. There is an exceptional chance that visitors who decide to fish will catch a bass over 20 inches long. All bass under 20 inches must be released. Bluegills, yellow perch and hatchery rainbow trout are also present.
