Cocolalla Lake is an accessible, 800 acre year-round fishery fed by Cocolalla Creek. It has an average depth of 26 feet. Cocolalla Lake provides spawning habitat for brown, rainbow, cutthroat and brook trout. It is popular for ice fishing in winter. Boat access is available on the northeast end adjacent to the campground. Fishing access to Cocolalla for the shoreline angler is primarily limited to the northeast end and the east shoreline. Private ownership limits access on the southern end and west side.
