Cassia Park consists of approximately 14 acres. It has as a covered shelter, playground, softball field and tennis courts. The property for the park was acquired in 1967 and it was developed through matching funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Playcamps are also held at this location in the summer. Camps include recreational games, arts, crafts, environmental education, hands on science projects, field trips, swimming, and opportunities to make new friends!

Directions: To reach Cassia Park from Boise, take west Grove Street toward south 6th Street. Follow it for 1 mile. Turn right onto south 6th Street and right again onto US-26 west. Follow it for 2 miles. Turn left onto south 9th Street and drive about 6 miles. Turn right onto south Capitol Boulevard, go 4 miles, and turn right onto south Vista Avenue. Follow it for 1 mile. Turn right onto west Rose Hill Street. Go 7 miles and turn left onto south Latah Street. Follow it for 2 miles. Turn right onto west Cassia Street. Follow it for 2 miles. Turn left onto south Roosevelt Street. Follow it for 1 mile. Turn right onto west Camas Street, go 2 miles to 4600 west Camas Street.
