Burgdorf Hot Springs was established in 1870. Burgdorf is both a hot springs and ghost town. Remains of cabins and an old hotel can be seen in a meadow on private land that is surrounded by the Payette National Forest. This area is accessible in winter only by snowmobile or cross-country ski. Burgdorf offers eighteen rustic cabins for rent ranging from 70 to 132 years old.

Stay straight to go onto ID-55 for 11.5 miles. Turn right onto Lakeside Avenue for 0.1 miles to 800 Lakeside Avenue.
