Alpine Campground is a dispersed campground situated in a dense aspen grove that is just a short walk away from Palisades Reservoir. The reservoir provides boating and fishing for cutthroat, lake, and rainbow trout. There are also numerous trail located nearby. Wildlife in the area includes otters, black bears, elk, deer, hawks, waterfowl, and songbirds. There are 22 sites.

Facilities: Alpine Campground provides restrooms and drinking water.

Reservations: Reservations are not accepted for Alpine Campground.

Best Time To Visit: Alpine Campground is open June through September.

Fees: An overnight fee is charged.

Accessibility: This campground is handicap accessible.

Rules: This maximum length of stay is 16 days.

Directions: To reach Alpine Campground from Idaho Falls, travel northeast on US Highway 26. The campground is off US Highway 26 on the southeast side of Palisades Reservoir.
