Kokee State Park
Visitors to this park are able to experience a variety of activities.

Na Pali Coast State Park
This park encompasses over 6,000 acres on the rugged northwestern coast of Kauai. The Kalalau Valley lies within the boundaries of the park. The park is accessible only by foot or by boat.

Polihale State Park
This park encompasses nearly 140 acres of coastal lands in western Kauai, at the western end of the Na Pali coast. The park consists of a large sand beach, Polihale cliff and a traditional heiau. This is a typically hot and arid, almost desert-like setting.

Russian Fort Elizabeth State Historical Park
This park marks a short Russian history on the island of Kauai. The site is a registered National Historic Landmark. Visitors to this site can enjoy exploring the remains of the fort, viewing scenery, photography and historical interpretation.

Waimea Canyon State Park
This park preserves the scenic beauty of Waimea Canyon, a deep river gorge, in the western interior of the island.
