Kokee State Park encompasses 4,345 acres in Kauai's northwest interior. The park is one of the few accessible sites in Kauai's rugged interior. Kokee adjoins Waimea Canyon State Park's northern boundary.
Visitors to Kokee State Park are able to experience a variety of activities. Scenic driving on the Waimea Canyon Drive and stopping to enjoy the scenery from the lookouts can be the highlight of a vacation. For those individuals willing to experience the scenery at close range there are several trails, long and short, that lead into and around the park and neighboring forest preserve. Camping, lodging, picnicking and fishing are also available for interested visitors.

Facilities: Kokee State Park provides a camping area that will accommodate up to 15 people.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted for Kokee State Park. The camping permit serves as your reservations for the camping area.
