Colorado's south central region offers rafters, kayakers, and fishermen ply their skills here and on dozens of other pristine lakes and streams. The Cumbres & Toltec Railroad, restored by a group of dedicated individuals in the late '60s, is the nation's longest and highest narrow gauge railroad.
