When you visit Canon City, be sure to bring your GPS and look for geocaches near Canon City.The Royal Gorge Bridge, the worlds highest suspension bridge, hangs between sheer, 1,053-foot granite faces here; visitors can explore the man-made wonder by walking across it or driving over it. The gorge can be explored by riding an aerial tram (the worlds steepest) to the bottom, rafting through it, or riding the Royal Gorge Route - a 12-mile train trip through the canyon.
