Curecanti National Recreation Area - Trails In National Recreation Areas
Three reservoirs, named for corresponding dams on the Gunnison River, form the heart of Curecanti National Recreation Area. Activities here range from hiking, camping, wildlife viewing, bird watching, boating, hunting, swimming, horseback riding, and fishing.

East Trail - Short Trails (under 2 miles)
This is a one-mile long ADA accessible trail that is six-feet wide and made of decomposed granite. The incline on this trail does not exceed more than 3 percent.
