| | Arkansas River | | The trout population in the Arkansas is 90 percent self-reproducing brown trout and 10 percent Colorado River rainbows, which are introduced as fingerlings. Expect about 2,000 fish per mile on the average. | |

| | Badger Basin State Wildlife Area | | This refuge is located in Park County at the elevation of 8,000 feet. It contains 22 miles of fishing access only, 125 feet either side of centerline of rivers. Coldwater stream fishing in Middle and South Forks of South Platte River and Four Mile Creek for rainbow, cutthroat, brown, brook trout and northern pike. | |
