| | Big Creek Lakes | | This lake of 343 acres is near the Mount Zirkel Wilderness. There are boating facilities and the lake is a popular destination area for campers and fishermen. | |

| | Brown's Park State Wildlife Area | | During earlier times, this area (currently Brown's Park State Wildlife Area) north of the Green River served as a wintering grounds for bands of Ute and Shoshone Indians, as well as outlaws Butch Cassidy and Tom Horn. | |

| | Meadow Lake | | This lake offers recreational opportunities such as fishing and boating. | |

| | Rainbow Lake | | The small lake, located in the White River National Forest, provides two surface acres of Rainbow, Brook and Cutthroat Trout fishing. | |

| | Stagecoach Reservoir | | The reservoir is known for its fast growing, hard fighting rainbows that average in length from 10 to 16 inches. The occasional brown or brook trout and Snake River cutthroat are also found in the reservoir. | |

| | Trapper's Lake | | This lake holds the largest population of Colorado River cutthroat in the world and is the second largest natural lake in Colorado. | |
