Bliss State Wildlife Area

Steep canyon walls that lead down to the Poudre River run through this 460 acre Bliss State Wildlife Area. Wild trout and brown trout are available for fishing in the river and in the River State Fishing Unit. Bighorn sheep live here and inhabit both sides of the canyon walls.
Deer, elk, rabbit, and blue grouse are also hunted in this area. Limited tours are available to see this 460 acre State Wildlife Area.
