| Smallmouth bass, sunfish, and largemouth bass, are the warm water fish in the ponds at Big Thompson Ponds State Wildlife Area. Bird watching at this State Wildlife Area includes cormorants, great blue herons, shorebirds, and waterfowl. Dove, rabbit, and waterfowl are seen and hunted here. This 50 acres of land is just 4 miles east of Loveland. |
