Directions: To get to Owl Mountain State Wildlife Area from Steamboat Springs, start out going Southwest on 5th Street toward Lincoln Ave./US-40. Turn left onto Lincoln Ave/US-40 S. Continue to follow US-40 S. Turn sharp left onto Colorado-14. Stay straight to go onto main St/CO-125. Turn left onto 4th St. From Walden, go 13 miles Southeast on Colorado Highway 14 to City Road 25 (Rand-Gould cutoff), then 6 miles Southwest on County Road 25 to property.
