Centennial Valley State Wildlife Area, on the South Platte River, is 853 acres in Weld county. It is only 15 miles east of Greeley. The area has newly been named a State Wildlife area. It features access to waterfowl hunting. Public use is closely managed for quality hunting. The waterfowl hunting is by lottery only.
