Fees: There are no fees to enter this area, but hunting/fishing permits will require a fee. Accessibility: This area has limited handicap accessibility. Directions: To get to Rio Blanco Lake State Wildlife Area from Steamboat Springs: drive west on US-40, turn left onto Colorado State Highway 13 to Meeker.
