Reservations: Reservations are accepted to use the campsites at Trinidad Lake State Park. Best Time To Visit: The Trinidad Lake State Park is open year-round. Fees: There are a variety of fees that can be incurred when entering this state area, from a daily walking pass all the way to an annual vehicle pass. Visitors should contact this State Recreation Area to find the plan best for them. Accessibility: Trinidad Lake State Park is handicap accessible in some areas. The Carpios Ridge Campground and picnic area have reserved parking spaces and campsites adapted for persons with disabilities. Restrooms, showers, picnic tables and drinking fountains are also accessible.
