| Facilities: Restrooms and a seasonal water system are provided at Summit Lake Campground. Reservations: Reservations are not accepted at Summit Lake Campground. Best Time To Visit: It is recommended that guests visit Summit Lake Campground sometime between May through October. Fees: An overnight camping fee is charged. Accessibility: The Summit Lake Campground is accessible for disabled persons. Please contact the Forest Ranger for further information. Rules: Pets must be restrained or on a leash at all times while in developed recreation areas. Directions: To reach Summit Lake Campground from Steamboat Springs, travel north on County Road 36 for approximately two miles to Forest Route 60. Go east on 60 for approximately 9 miles to Summit Lake Campground. |
