| Facilities: Restrooms and picnic tables are provided at Spraque Lake Accessible Campground. Reservations: Reservations are highly recommended to visit Spraque Lake Accessible Campground. Best Time To Visit: Spraque Lake Accessible Campground is open year-round. Fees: Permits do require a fee from May 1 to Oct 31. Other times a permit is required, but no fee is charged. Accessibility: Spraque Lake Accessible Backcountry campsite is a backcountry experience for persons with disabilities. Rules: Stay limits of seven nights are in place from June 1 through September 30. The limits extend to 14 nights at the year-round campgrounds the rest of the year. Checkout time in all campgrounds is 12:00 noon.Directions: To get to Spraque Lake Accessible Campground from Boulder: Drive north on State Highway 72, turn east on State Highway 7. This trail is located in the east side of the National Park. Travel north on Highway 7 until it intersects with Highway 36. Travel west on Highway 36 to the Beaver Meadows Entrance Station. Drive just past this station, and then turn left onto Bear Lake Road. Stay on Bear Lake road; visitors will pass by the Moraine Park Museum, Hollowell Park, and Glacier Basin before reaching Sprague Lake. The Spraque Lake accessible campground is located on the south side of Spraque Lake just off the trail around the lake approximately .25 miles from the parking lot. Spraque Lake is located on Bear Lake Road approximately .75 the way from US 36 and Bear Lake.FromLoveland: Drive west on US-34, then turn left onto US-36.
