Directions: To get to Rito Hondo State Wildlife Area from: Ouray drive north on US-550, turn right onto US-50. At Colorado State Highway 149 turn right, travel to Creede. Drive south on State Highway 149, then northwest two miles on U.S. Forest Service Road 513 to the fork, then take right fork north to reservoir.Pagosa Springs drive northeast on US-160, turn right onto Colorado State Highway 149 to Creede.
