Well-known for quality water-based recreation, North Grove Campground is a pleasant combination of modern facilities and large expanses of prairie and riparian open space.
With a total of 26 sites only 50 yards from the shoreline this campground is popular among anglers.

Facilities: Restrooms and water are provided at North Grove Campground.

Reservations: All campsites can be reserved. The reservation fee is $8. Campsite reservations are encouraged during weekends and holidays.

Best Time To Visit: North Grove Campground is open year round.

Fees: There are a variety of fees that can be occurred when entering this state area, from a daily walking pass all the way to an annual vehicle pass. Please contact this State Recreation Area to find the plan best for you.

Accessibility: Site #16 is designated for disabled persons.

Rules: Since rules may vary depending on which park you choose to visit, please check with the Park Manager for any other rules that may apply.

Directions: To get to North Grove Campground from Limon: Take I-70 east to Burlington, then 23 miles north on U.S. 385. Turn east on County Road 2 (3 1\2 miles to gate entrance) or 3 (1 1\2 miles to gate entrance.)

OR:
Take I-70 east to Byers, then east on U.S. 36 (approximately 108 miles) to Idalia. Continue east two miles on U.S. 36, then turn south on U.S. 385 for 6 or 7 miles to County Road 2 (3 1\2 miles to gate entrance) or 3 (1 1\2 miles to gate entrance.)
