North Clear Creek Campground offers 25 sites and is located 24.5 miles west of Creede on Forest Road 510. It is completely hidden from Forest Road 510 and has 25 sites with parking spurs, tables and a fire ring in each. Two vault type toilets are provided and drinking water comes from a well. Garbage cans are centrally located, but you must pack it out after Labor Day. Firewood is not provided. Maximum RV size is 30'.
The aspen scattered throughout this camp provide nice shade and present a colorful overhead canopy during the fall. Though privacy is limited here, most sites have good views of the surrounding mountains. Anglers have the opportunity to fish in North Clear Creek.
A host is stationed at the campground which is usually only about 1/3 full. It is adjacent to North Clear Creek which is great for fishing. Some sites are in open, while some sites are screened with small aspen/spruce/fir.
