Mueller State Park anchors at the west side of Pikes Peak and extends over 5,000 acres. The park offers visitors camping in spectacular forested areas with modern facilities such as flush restrooms and a camper services building.
A popular wildlife watching area, Mueller is home to elk, black bear, eagles and hawks. With the park's groves of aspen trees, each season is a delight for photographers and sightseers. Almost 55 miles of trails invite you to explore Mueller State Park on foot, horseback or mountain bike. Hiking, pond fishing, hunting, camping, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and nature study are the park's main attractions.

Facilities: Restrooms, picnic areas, and over 130 campsites are provided at Mueller State Park.

Reservations: Reservations are accepted to use Mueller State Park.

Best Time To Visit: Mueller State Park is open year round.

Fees: There are a variety of fees that can be occurred when entering this state area, from a daily walking pass all the way to an annual vehicle pass. Please contact this State Recreation Area to find the plan best for you.

Accessibility: This state park does provide campgrounds that are accessible for disabled persons. Please contact the Mueller State Park for further information.

Rules: Since rules may vary depending on which park you choose to visit, please check with the Park Manager for any other rules that may apply.

Directions: To reach Mueller State Park from Cripple Creek, travel north on South Highway 67 to the park.
