The Lowry Campground is located within the boundaries of the White River National Forest at an elevation of 9,320 feet. This campground offers 29 individual campsites situated in a dense fir and pine forest. Maximum RV/Trailer length is 28 feet.

Facilities: Restrooms, drinking water, picnic tables, and fire grills are provided at Lowry Campground.

Reservations: Reservations are not accepted at Lowry Campground.

Best Time To Visit: Lowry Campground is open from May through September.

Fees: An overnight camping fee is charged.

Accessibility: This area is not handicap accessible.

Rules: Pets must be restrained or on a leash at all times while in developed recreation areas.

Directions: To reach Lowry Campground from Breckenridge, travel north on State Highway 9 to Interstate 70. Take Interstate 70 east to Silverhtorne. From Silverthorne, go 4 miles east on US Highway 6. Turn right on Swan Mountain Road which leads to Lowry Campground.

To reach Lowry Campground from Vail, travel east on Interstate 70 to Silverthorne. From Silverthorne, go 4 miles east on US Highway 6. Turn right on Swan Mountain Road which leads to Lowry Campground.
